This policy serves as a general framework to ensure customer satisfaction, but we must emphasize that we are a delivery service and not retailers. Our mission is to deliver orders and ensure their safety until they reach the customer. At Kahilan, we are responsible for any damage that may occur to the goods we have agreed to deliver to the customer, but we do not guarantee their quality. Customers should obtain quality guarantees from the seller for products they wish to have delivered through Kahilan. Terms and Conditions for Exchange and Return Policies: 1- The original purchase/sales invoice must be included. 2- The product to be exchanged must be in its original packaging from the store or restaurant. 3- Exchanges must be made within a maximum of seven days from the date of the purchase/sales invoice. 4- The reason for the exchange must be stated. Terms and Conditions for Returning Unwanted Products: We will be happy to fulfill your request to exchange or return any product if you change your mind, provided the following return conditions and requirements are met: 1- The original purchase/sales invoice must be included. 2- The product must be in its original condition and completely unused. 3- The return request must be submitted within only 3 days from the date of the purchase/sales invoice. Please note that all electronic payment fees (if payment was made via Mada, Visa, Tabby, or Tamara) will be deducted, as well as all shipping, delivery, and installation fees (if applicable). Terms and Conditions for Product Returns in Case of Defect: 1- If a manufacturing defect appears in the product during or after the warranty period, please contact the importing company, the authorized agent for the product in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, directly to report the issue and schedule a maintenance appointment according to the warranty provider's scheduling policy. Please include your purchase invoice, which marks the beginning of the warranty period, according to the warranty terms for each device as stipulated by the agent and commonly accepted in the market or specified by the Ministry of Commerce. 2- If you have lost your purchase invoice, we would be happy to assist you by printing a copy of the original sales invoice (replacement) by specifying the purchase date. 3- At Kahilan Establishment, we deliver orders and ensure their quality, but we are not responsible for items that are packaged or sealed by the selling store, whether it is a restaurant or a supermarket. Replacement, return, or warranty is not possible for these products or in these cases: 1- A product that does not have a manufacturing defect, or if the original packaging is opened, torn, or damaged. (As you accepted it upon purchase and wished to see it, so that it can be resold to another customer without any losses.) 2- Defects in the original packaging materials or accessories included with the product from the manufacturer. 3- Items given as gifts with products are not covered by any warranty from our store or the importing agent. 4- The product warranty terms are primarily the responsibility of the importing agent in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, not our store. 5- The store is not responsible for providing or storing the goods for more than 15 days after the date of your purchase/sales invoice. The customer is only entitled to a refund of the amount paid, minus all electronic payment fees.
