Order cancellation is not permitted by any of the parties (service providers, customers, or drivers) once payment has been made and the order has been prepared, unless there is a compelling reason for cancellation. The application is responsible for delivery but does not guarantee the quality of the order as selected by the service provider, which is done with the customer's consent and at their own risk. The Kahilan application is responsible for any compensation resulting from ensuring the safe arrival of the order and its delivery in a timely manner without delay, except in circumstances beyond the driver's control, such as traffic congestion, unexpected breakdowns, delays from the service provider, or natural circumstances.
